ten-four is Alex’s workflow assessment service. We use the information you choose to share to understand your work, suggest a practical next step, and arrange follow-up.

During your interview

ElevenLabs and its model providers process your live voice or typed conversation to operate the guide, and Alex can review that conversation through the provider. The page also keeps a draft in this browser’s session storage. A downloaded recap is a file on your device; downloading alone does not submit it to Alex.

When you send your plan

The review form shows your plan and conversation before you send them. With your agreement, ten-four stores that submission, your name and email, and any work preview you separately select. OpenAI processes the selected notes to prepare an AI brief. That brief, your contact details, and the original notes you submitted are emailed privately to Alex through Gmail. A private backup record supports delivery and request management.

Only Alex’s personal review is shown as “Reviewed by Alex.” An AI-generated brief does not complete that review. Submitted records remain available for follow-up until withdrawn or deleted; the seven-day browser access window is not an automatic deletion deadline.

Optional account previews

Connecting a work account is optional. Composio manages those account connections. The preview identifies what was sampled and its limits. You choose whether to use that preview in the interview and whether to include it with your review submission. The assessment does not grant general control of your computer or automatically read all of your files.

To restore an approved preview, this browser stores its reference and expiry, not a separate copy of email previews, event titles, or file names. The source preview stays on the server and is available through this browser’s access cookie for up to seven days. Refreshing this tab can restore the exact preview previously supplied to its interview. A new tab can show available context, but does not assume it was part of a new interview. Disconnecting an account here or replacing its preview stops restoration of that old preview. Expired browser access does not itself delete submitted records.

Copying your recap or next step saves text to your clipboard; it does not send a request to Alex or another tool. Your edited takeaway can also be downloaded as a PDF or editable Word document. Original conversation notes are a separate optional download. If you paste information into another service, that service’s account and data rules apply.

Free introductory calls

You can request a free 20-minute introduction without an interview. We store the contact details you enter and email them privately to Alex to arrange the call. This path collects no interview or account preview and does not run an AI assessment.

Assessment requests

You can request the $2,500 assessment directly. This stores your name and email and sends them privately to Alex to arrange scope, payment, and discovery. No interview, account preview, or AI analysis is included. The request does not collect payment or book discovery.

Research inquiries

The research call form also lets you share an optional question. With your agreement, we store it with your request and email it privately to Alex. It is visible in your saved request and Alex’s private inbox, and stays out of shared calendar descriptions. Use public information only; do not submit employer or client secrets, internal documents, or identifying customer examples. Submitting a question does not start automatic research or order a report.

Call requests

When you submit an introductory-call request, Alex receives an email alert. Available times are checked against Alex’s Google Calendar. Pressing “Request this time” creates a tentative hold on Alex’s calendar, with neutral scheduling details also invited to his work calendar. Your name, contact details, interview notes and account previews stay out of the shared calendar description. Alex confirms the final appointment separately; paid-package scope and payment are also confirmed separately.

Access and deletion

Use Your requests in the same browser for seven days to check or withdraw a submission. Withdrawal removes the inbox record and a confirmed calendar hold. An unresolved calendar request may need Alex’s help first. Emails already delivered, your downloaded files, and provider-held conversation records are separate copies.

To ask for access, correction, or deletion, email alexaja21@gmail.com with your request reference. You can revoke a connected Google account from your Google Account’s third-party connections settings.

ten-four uses Google data to provide the features described here, not for advertising or sale. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
