Your free first step

The free guide produces one simple workflow — a fix for one task — and a downloadable PDF, with practical steps and checks suited to your task, based on what you share. If there is not enough detail, it identifies what to observe next. You can edit and download it, or send it to me for a personal review. I read each submission myself and reply within 24 hours with what I would do next and the questions worth asking. The workflow is a starting point for the next conversation, and recommendations may need more information before they can be relied on.

A free introductory call

You may request a free 20-minute introduction instead of the guide. Tell me about your work and ask whether the assessment fits. This introduction is separate from the paid discovery call. This call carries no purchase commitment. If you want to go ahead, we agree on the paid plan’s scope and payment before work begins. A selected time is tentative until I confirm it.

Custom research

Custom research is scoped and quoted before work begins. We agree on the question, audience, source boundaries, deliverable, timing, and price. A typical brief brings together public sources, clearly separates findings from interpretation, identifies gaps, and includes a practical next step and a walkthrough with me. Research supporting your agreed workflow plan stays within that plan’s scope; a separate company brief, industry study, or comparison requires a separate agreement. Requesting a free scoping call does not order or pay for research.

The planning package

You can request the $2,500 assessment and setup plan directly, without completing the guide or an introduction. We agree on scope and arrange payment first, then schedule a 45-minute discovery call to examine where your time and money go. I then prepare a prioritized written plan showing what to set up and in what order. I email it ahead of a separate one-hour share-out, where we cover what it does, what it costs, how long it takes, and what it saves. You get one clear proposal at the end, with a price and a start date, so you can decide. We arrange that follow-up call together. Building, connecting, or maintaining the tools requires a separate agreement. Software subscriptions are not included unless agreed in writing.

A call request or calendar hold does not take payment or finalize a service agreement. I’ll confirm the scope, appointment, payment arrangements, and any cancellation or rescheduling terms with you before you proceed.

Your choices

You can use typing, skip optional account connections, inspect what you submit, and stop the interview. Only share information you are allowed to provide. Avoid including passwords, access keys, or unnecessary sensitive details about other people.

Recommendations and setup

Start with one task, not a transformation. If it doesn’t save you time in the first month, we stop. AI suggestions can be incomplete or mistaken, and estimates of savings need checking together. The assessment and planning package do not automatically change your systems, send messages on your behalf, or implement a workflow.
